If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund. The cost of returning the goods must be covered by the customer.
You may arrange your own courier or if you wish, Karma Beds will arrange the collection and return of your bed and a collection/return fee will be charged this will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: you will be responsible for the bed until it is returned to Karma Beds and it must be returned in the same condition it left us in.
