Description
A charming antique Edwardian walnut double bed dating from circa 1905. In a richly figured walnut frame, with attractive carving the central splats of the headboard and footboard in an Arts and Crafts style. Featuring vertical slats flanked by square pilasters topped with finials. The footboard and headboards with a floral carved central panel. It has a Vono frame which is easily assembled or dis-assembled. Good warm patina and colour to the frame. Comprising of a headboard, footboard and iron rails and complete with a pine slatted bed base which make a very solid bed (no mattress or bedding included).
